沙棘系胡颓子科落叶小乔木或灌木。它适应性强、抗寒、抗病虫害。具有一定的抗水湿、耐盐碱性,不怕风蚀、耐沙埋、喜光。又耐一定程度的遮荫。不苛求土壤,根系发达,根蘖性强,且具有根瘤。可固氮改土,萌芽力强,耐修剪。果实含多种维生素及具有很高医用价值的沙棘油,黄酮类等生物活性物质。我们于2008年9月对新疆青河县大果沙棘资源进行了实地调查。一、资源分布特征
