聚合物基高介电材料具有高介电性能的同时具有容易加工等机械性能,已成为微电子领域的一研究热点。综述了基于PVDF的复合材料高介电性能的相关研究,主要介绍了引入陶瓷成分、导电成分,表面化学改性,包覆改性和不同制备工艺对提高复合材料介电性能的作用,制备高介电性能的柔性介电材料。介绍了相关介电理论,并对高介电复合材料的应用和制备进行了展望。
Polymer-based high-dielectric materials with high dielectric properties at the same time with easy processing and other mechanical properties, has become a research field in the field of micro-electronics. The research on the high dielectric properties of composite materials based on PVDF is reviewed. The effects of introducing ceramic components, conductive components, surface chemical modification, coating modification and different preparation processes on improving the dielectric properties of composites are introduced. Dielectric properties of flexible dielectric materials. The related dielectric theory is introduced, and the application and preparation of high dielectric composites are prospected.
