近几年来,笔者多次在校内承担人力资源管理和工商管理专业的《人力资源管理》课程的授课任务。由于人力资源管理课程具有偏重于某一职能领域管理的特点,因此它有别于管理学、战略管理等这些更强调艺术性和理念思维模式的课程,在教学中具有强烈的应用导向。如何最大限度地提高学生的独立分析和实践操作能力是该课程的主要任务,仅依靠传统的课堂讲授法无法实现这些能力的培养,因此在《人力资源管理》课程的教学中笔者注重采用案例教学法,在备课上把功夫下足,将课前撰写案例分析提纲与课上案例讨论相结合,课堂上通过案例选择环节、组织讨论环节、案例总结环节的运用收到了较好效果,得到了学生的肯定。
In recent years, I have many times in school commitment to human resources management and business administration professional “human resources management” course teaching tasks. Because human resources management curriculum has the characteristics of emphasis on the management of a certain functional area, it is different from the management and strategic management which emphasize the artistic and ideological thinking model, which has a strong application orientation in teaching. How to maximize students’ ability of independent analysis and practical operation is the main task of this course. Relying on the traditional method of classroom teaching can not realize the cultivation of these abilities. Therefore, in the teaching of Human Resource Management, the author emphasizes the use of case teaching Law, under the preparation of lessons kung fu under foot, the case before writing a summary of the case analysis and case discussions, the class through case selection link, the organization of the session, the case summary of the application received good results, got the students Sure.
