随着市场经济的发展,绩效考核已经成为企业必不可少的管理手段之一,公立医院要想在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,也应该尽快将绩效考核提上日程。本文从医院实施绩效考核的意义出发,提出应当在患者的满意度和医院经济效益角度进行重点考核,并提出将绩效考核结果与医护人员薪酬及工作岗位相结合、与医院全成本管理相结合的思路设计,以充分调动医护人员工作的积极性。
With the development of market economy, performance appraisal has become one of the indispensable management tools of enterprises.
