针对学生在实验过程中使用沸点仪的不便,解决原沸点仪经常破损,不利于维护管理等问题,同时培养学生对仪器的组装设计能力,本文通过开设设计性实验,让学生选用常见的玻璃仪器对沸点仪进行组装设计,并采用组装后的设备与原沸点仪分别进行双液系相图测定实验,通过对实验结果的分析,论证学生组装设计后的沸点仪的合理性,为实验教学过程中涉及的仪器组装设计提供一种新的思路。同时,通过设计组装环节,激发学生对化学实验的兴趣,提高学生的实验技能,培养学生的思考能力、创造力与团队合作能力。
