历时一年半的先进性教育活动,我们取得了阶段性的成果。但先进性教育是一项长期工程,通过集中整改不可能解决所有的问题,这就要求我们继续做坚持不懈的探索和努力。在集中整改结束后我们发现,基层党组织建设还有五个方面的问题需要我们进一步深入研究和探索:一是组织学习不经常,党员队伍素质难提高;二是制度不健全,党员管理有空档;三是党员责任不明确,作用难发挥;四是党员待遇没保障,积极性难调动。五是部分农村党组织缺乏活动场所,“露天开会、
After one and a half years of advanced education, we achieved staged results. However, advanced education is a long-term project.
