高速公路收费站由于职业特性,存在着女职工较多的实际情况,为进一步发挥女职工“半边天”作用,在省市妇联的关心和指导下,杭千公司各收费站以“巾帼文明岗”创建为工作动力,以良好的职业道德,精湛的职业技能服务社会,努力提高思想素质、职业道德和技能水平,在探索出一条巾帼创建之路的同时,也取得了一定的工作效果。比如杭千高速灵桥收费站通过努力在成功创建全国“巾帼文明岗”同时,也有效提升了职工队伍素质与站点营运管理质量,为整条高速基层收费站起到了模范带头作用,成为高速行业的一面旗帜。本文着重介绍了高速公路行业基层收费站在开展巾帼文明岗建设工作中的主要措施、方法与取得成效等经验。
