“法治中国”提出的背景跟我国当前社会现状和发展前景息息相关,而法治中国的提出也不是一蹴而就的,其本身就是由各个省推行地方法治有机结合而成,即所谓的法治中国也就是法治湖北、法治安徽、法治山西等等。法治中国的概念既对当下社会有直接的价值,同时也是维持发展的一种工具,社会上如果拥有了良好的普遍性法治概念,对于社会的稳定有极大的促进作用,而法治中国的实行本身就是我们全面建设发达社会主义国家的必经之路。所以法治中国这个概念不是单纯的理想或者口号,我们想要将这个概念落实到实际上,需要全方位的研究和探索。
The background proposed by “China under the rule of law” is closely linked with the current social situation and development prospects in our country. However, the formulation of the rule of law in China is not accomplished in a single step. Instead, it is made up of the organic combination of local laws and regulations in all the provinces. The so-called rule of law in China Rule of law in Hubei, the rule of law in Anhui, the rule of law in Shanxi and so on. The concept of the rule of law in China has immediate value to the present society as well as a tool for maintaining development. If the society has a good concept of universality of the rule of law, it will greatly promote the stability of the society. However, the implementation of the rule of law in China Itself is the only way for us to build an advanced socialist country in an all-round way. Therefore, the concept of the rule of law in China is not simply an ideal or a slogan. We want to put this concept into practice and require a full range of research and exploration.
