思想教育是人们做人处事的根本原则,也是指导煤矿企业发展的基本依据,增强企业的思想教育,能够促进企业的发展壮大以及和谐企业的形成。现阶段,随着社会经济的飞速发展,各种各样的因素都会影响煤矿企业的发展,为了煤矿企业长远的发展,必须制定和确立企业的思想教育工作方向,来不断完善企业发展中出现的不足,适应社会的发展。本文主要研究发挥思想教育作用服务煤矿企业的长足发展。
