以新疆本地7—8月集中上市的四个不同品种的甜瓜为试材,研究在低温贮藏期间各品种甜瓜果实生理生化及品质的变化情况。结果表明,不同的甜瓜品种对采后果实的生理与品质影响较大。与其他的品种相比,金皇后品种的甜瓜在整个贮藏过程中表现出较好的耐贮性,果实的呼吸与乙烯高峰推迟了7 d,硬度、SSC、VC含量的下降速度较缓慢,贮藏35 d时的腐烂率为15%,适于1个月左右时间的贮藏,但由于硬度较低,不适于较长距离的运输;金蜜3号、金甜蜜和8501三个品种的甜瓜果实采后品质下降速度较快,适于较短时间的贮藏。
In this paper, four different varieties of melon, which were concentrated on the market from July to August in Xinjiang, were used as materials to study the changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics and quality of melon fruits during storage at low temperature. The results showed that different melon cultivars had a great influence on the physiology and quality of postharvest fruits. Compared with other varieties, golden queen melon showed good storability during storage, the respiration and ethylene peak of fruits were postponed for 7 days, and the hardness, SSC and VC contents decreased more slowly, 35 d decay rate of 15%, suitable for storage for about 1 month time, but due to lower hardness, not suitable for longer transport distances; Jin honey 3, gold sweet and 8501 three varieties of melon fruit mining After the decline in quality faster, suitable for storage of shorter time.
