针对轮胎应力测试的难点,开发了轮胎帘线张力传感器。根据钢丝帘线的拉伸特性及张力测试原理,标定该传感器,使其测试量能够反映出实际轮胎的帘线张力。测试结果与有限元分析得到了很好的相互验证,表明该方法对轮胎帘线张力的测试是有效的。
Tire stress test for the difficulties, the development of the tire cord tension sensor. According to the tensile characteristic of steel cord and the principle of tension test, the sensor is calibrated so that the test quantity can reflect the actual tire cord tension. Test results and finite element analysis have been very good mutual verification, indicating that the method of tire cord tension test is effective.
