针对大庆石油管理局由美国引进的乙烯生产设备的轴套失效问题,开创性地将青铜一体式轴套改造为轴套基体为45钢,在其表面堆焊QSn6.5-0.4。分析了堆焊工艺参数对接头抗拉强度的影响,观察了接头界面微观组织,进行了实际成品轴套的堆焊,各项指标均满足实际要求。
In response to the failure of bushings of ethylene production equipment imported from the United States by Daqing Petroleum Administration, the groundbreaking conversion of the bronze one-piece sleeve to the sleeve base was made of 45 steel and the surface of the sleeve was welded with QSn6.5-0.4. The influence of surfacing process parameters on the tensile strength of the joint was analyzed. The microstructure of the joint interface was observed and the actual bushings of the finished product were welded. All the indexes met the actual requirements.
