山西省国家水土保持重点建设工程先后实施了4期,涉及7个市23个县(区、市),累计完成水土流失综合治理面积5 851.6 km2。2013年国家启动的第五期工程中,涉及山西省10个市29个县,规划治理水土流失面积3 118 km2。总结了前四期治理成效和经验,提出第五期工程建设将从支持老区发展、建设生态清洁型小流域、打造精品示范工程等方面进行重点建设。
Shanxi Province National Soil and Water Conservation Key Construction Project has been implemented for 4 periods involving 23 counties (districts and cities) in 7 cities and accumulatively completing the comprehensive management of soil and water loss of 5 851.6 km 2.2013 During the first phase of the national start-up project in 2013, Shanxi Province, 10 cities and 29 counties, planning and management of soil erosion area of 3 118 km2. Summed up the first four governance results and experience, proposed that the fifth phase of the project construction will support the development of the old areas, the construction of ecological clean watersheds, to build quality demonstration projects and other key construction.
