针对翟镇煤矿选煤厂原煤中煤泥含量偏高、粗煤泥系统分选精度低、粗精煤泥灰分偏高的问题,采用SX500溢流管可调式复合锥体水介质旋流器对粗煤泥系统进行了改造。介绍了SX500水介质旋流器的结构、工作原理、技术特点及其在选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺中的应用情况;生产实践表明,SX500水介质旋流器可有效回收煤泥水中的粗精煤泥,并且可将粗精煤泥产品的灰分控制在10%~11%,提高了选煤场的综合效益。
