今年7月1日,是《中华人民共和国渔业法》实施五周年。五年来。《渔业法》的颁布实施为促进和保障山东省渔业生产的发展,为依法治渔依法兴渔发挥了重要作用,全省渔业取得了可喜成就。1990年全省水产品产量达到167.8万吨,比《渔业法》颁布实施前的1985年翻了一番多。其中海水产品量152.2万吨,居全国首位。回顾《渔业法》颁布实施五周年来,山东省主要做了如下工作:
