开栏语2015年,一个辉煌的值得纪念的历史节点。这是我国政府把实现男女平等作为一项基本国策的第20年,也是我国第一个《中国妇女发展纲要》颁布的第20年。20年来,男女平等作为我们对国际社会的郑重承诺,写进了中华人民共和国《宪法》、《妇女权益保障法》,写进了政府的妇女发展纲要,并在党的十八大上首次写进了党代会报告。对女性而言,男女平等又是现实权利,体现为现实生活中的受教育权、健康权、发展权等方方面面。20年来我们风雨兼程,坎坷前行,从基本国策到现实权利,四川省各级政府,妇女儿童工作委员会,妇联组织及相关部门付出了诸多努力。我省妇女健康水平大幅提高,受教育程度明显改善,妇女参与现代化建设的广度和深度不断拓展,参与国家社会事务管理的能力和水平稳步提升……然而,男女平等并非一朝一夕之事,前路漫漫,我们渴望用自己的辛勤和努力,让更多的姐妹获得应有的权力,让我们的世界更加和谐,吉祥,喜乐。
Open the Word of Fame 2015, a glorious memorable historical node. This is the 20th anniversary of the government of our country as a basic national policy of equality between men and women. It is also the 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the “Outline of the Development of Chinese Women” in our country. In the past 20 years, equality between men and women as our solemn promise to the international community has been enshrined in the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China and the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women. It has been incorporated into the government’s outline of women’s development and first written at the Party’s 18th National Congress Into the party congress report. For women, equality between men and women is also a reality right embodied in all aspects of the right to education, the right to health and the right to development in real life. In the past 20 years, we have been making trials and tribulations, proceeding from a basic national policy toward reality, and made tremendous efforts at all levels of government in Sichuan Province, the Women and Children Working Committee, the Women’s Federation and other relevant departments. The health level of women in our province has been greatly improved, the education level has been significantly improved, the breadth and depth of women’s participation in the modernization drive have been continuously expanded, and the ability and level of participating in the management of state social affairs have steadily improved. However, equality between men and women is not an overnight thing, We are anxious to use our hard work and hard work so that more sisters will have the power they deserve to make our world more harmonious, auspicious and joyous.
