目的 调查学龄期肥胖儿童甲状腺机能及性腺发育状况。方法 测定了 6 0例 9~ 12岁肥胖儿童血清甲状腺激素和性激素水平 ,观察了性征发育状况。结果 肥胖儿童的身高与对照组相似 ,而体重及体重指数显著高于对照组。肥胖儿童的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (FT3)显著高于对照组 ;肥胖儿童组的尿碘中位数为 180μg/ L,明显低于正常体重儿童组。女性肥胖儿童的血清卵泡刺激素 (FSH)水平显著低于对照组 ,而雌二醇 (E2 )水平明显高于对照组 ;男性肥胖儿童的性激素水平与对照组间差异无显著意义 ;肥胖儿童的性征发育早于对照组。结论 学龄期儿童肥胖症对甲状腺功能有所影响 ,并致性腺发育期提前。
Objective To investigate thyroid function and gonadal development in obese children of school age. Methods Serum levels of thyroid hormones and sex hormones were measured in 60 obese children aged 9 to 12 years old. The sexual development was observed. Results The height of obese children was similar to that of the control group, while the body weight and body mass index were significantly higher than those of the control group. Obese children’s serum free triiodothyronine (FT3) was significantly higher than the control group; obese children with urinary iodine median 180μg / L, significantly lower than the normal weight children. Serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were significantly lower in female obese children than those in control group, while the level of estradiol (E2) was significantly higher than that in control group. There was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between obese children and controls Sexual development earlier than the control group. Conclusion Childhood obesity affects thyroid function and leads to early gonadal development.
