军事征用作为国防动员的一项重要内容 ,已成为国防动员资源保障的主要手段。文中从军事征用的概念入手 ,阐释军事征用立法的法理依据 ,并针对我国军事征用立法的缺失 ,提出了完善我国军事征用法律制度的立法构想。
As an important part of mobilization of national defense, military acquisition has become the main means of mobilizing resources for national defense. Beginning with the concept of military expropriation, the article explains the legal basis of the legislation of military expropriation and proposes the legislative conception of perfecting the legal system of military expropriation in light of the lack of legislation of military expropriation in our country.
