青岛万丽海景是集豪宅、公寓、商业为一体的综合性大型项目,地处青岛新老城区交汇处,是处于城市景观节点的重要建筑。建筑设计理念源于“帆船之都”的独特构想,3座高度不同的帆形塔楼组成了优美的形体,平面以“Y”形式互扣并立,既尽量争取了南向海景,又可避免单元窗的对望,1层架空大堂则保证了海景的通透。整个建筑与周围的山、海、城和谐地融为一体。此外,对于建筑高度的控制,平面功能的合理布局,加上智能技术和设计细节的关注,使得该建筑成为青岛的又一地标性建筑。
Qingdao Renaissance Seaview is a comprehensive large-scale project integrating luxury, apartment and business. Located at the intersection of Qingdao Old and New Town, Qingdao Renaissance is an important building at the node of urban landscape. The concept of architectural design originates from the unique concept of “sailing capital”. Three sail-shaped towers of different heights form a beautiful figure, and the planes are interlocked with each other in the form of “Y” to strive for both the south sea view, But also to avoid the cell window on the look-alike, 1 overhead lobby to ensure the transparency of the sea. The whole building is harmoniously integrated with the surrounding mountains, sea and city. In addition, the control of the building height, the rational layout of the plane functions, and the attention paid to the smart technology and design details make this building a further landmark in Qingdao.
