养猪场沼液含有高浓度的氮、磷以及有机物,且C/N值低、碳氮比失衡,处理难度很大。采用生物接触氧化/序批式生物膜反应器系统(简称BCO-SBBR)以猪场沼液培养小球藻,探讨其对猪场沼液的处理效果。结果表明:进水COD、NH+4-N、TN、TP浓度分别为1 926、878.24、895.06、91.05 mg/L,相应的出水浓度分别为1 194、239、241.27、33.67 mg/L,去除率分别达到38%、72.8%、73%、63%。处理后出水的C/N值提高到5,更适宜微生物生长,有利于改善后续生物处理设施的去除效果。
Biogas slurry in pig farms contains high concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus and organic matter, and has a low C / N ratio and an imbalance between carbon and nitrogen, making it difficult to handle. The bio-contact oxidation / sequencing batch biofilm reactor system (BCO-SBBR) was used to cultivate chlorella in biogas slurry of pig farm to investigate its biogas slurry treatment effect. The results showed that the influent concentrations of COD, NH + 4-N, TN and TP were 1 926, 878.24, 895.06 and 91.05 mg / L, respectively, and the corresponding effluent concentrations were 1 194, 239, 241.27 and 33.67 mg / The rates reached 38%, 72.8%, 73% and 63% respectively. After treatment, the water C / N value increased to 5, more suitable for microbial growth, help to improve the subsequent removal of biological treatment facilities.
