报道:患者女,58岁。因畏寒、发热、头痛、出汗等症状拟诊疟疾,肌注复方喹宁2ml,3分钟即感全身瘙痒、头昏、视物模糊,伴恶心等而求治。体检精神萎靡,脉搏消失,血压测不出,面色苍白,口唇紫绀,呼吸浅促,瞳孔偏大,颈软,心音钝弱,心率58次。立即肌注肾上腺素lmg,氧气吸入,葡萄糖及654-2等应用,15分钟后脉搏出现,血压14/8.4kPa,休克症状基本消失
