人力资源管理是在人本原则基础上发展而来,用以优化人力资源在组织内的合理有效配置的管理模式。我国事业单位谨遵市场经济体制改革的号召,为适应市场经济的发展,将激励机制应用到事业单位中,以此优化事业单位内部的人力资源优化配置。然而相较于企业的激励机制而言,事业单位的激励机制还很不成熟,存在着很多问题。本文主要阐述了这些问题,并且进行了相应的对策研究。
