环孢霉素 A(CyA)已广泛应用于免疫抑制治疗,多种药物可影响 CyA 的血浓度。本文综述这些药物对 CyA 的药代动力学影响,及其可能机制,指导临床合理用药,避免出现急性排斥反应或 CyA 的毒副作用。
Cyclosporine A (CyA) has been widely used in immunosuppressive therapy, a variety of drugs can affect the blood concentration of CyA. This article reviews the pharmacokinetics of these drugs on CyA and its possible mechanism to guide clinical rational use of drugs to avoid acute rejection or CyA toxic side effects.
