通过校正运输通道的基本概念,为运输通道的规划、建设引入理论依据;通过分析运输通道形成的关键因素,提炼出5个定性评价指标,并给出其具体评价参照;通过分析运输通道内交通网络规模建设、多方式合理分工、交通线网投资实施总体控制、交通网络构建符合OD分布规律、以及线网规划目标考虑资源消耗限制等方面的特征,给出7组量化指标及其计算方法。最后,引用模糊数学的知识,对本文构建的指标体系进行处理,从而形成一套比较系统的多层模糊评价体系。
By correcting the basic concepts of transportation corridor, the paper introduces theoretical basis for the planning and construction of transportation corridor. By analyzing the key factors of transportation corridor, five qualitative evaluation indexes are extracted and their specific evaluation references are given. The network scale construction, multi-mode rational division of labor, the overall control of transportation network investment implementation, traffic network construction in line with the OD distribution rules, and network resource planning goals to consider resource consumption constraints and other characteristics, gives seven sets of quantitative indicators and their calculation methods. Finally, by referring to the knowledge of fuzzy mathematics, the index system constructed in this paper is processed, so as to form a set of comparatively systematic multilayer fuzzy evaluation system.
