目的:优化暑热宁合剂中葛根素的高效液相色谱法测定条件。方法:色谱柱:Xterra188 Waters RP C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测器:Waters2998二级管阵列检测器(DAD);工作站:Waters Empower;流动相:乙腈-水(10:90);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:250nm。结果:该条件下可使暑热宁合剂中主要成分葛根素达到较好的分离,阴性无干扰。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可实现该样品的简便、准确、快速、经济实用的分析。
Objective: To optimize the HPLC determination of puerarin in Shumingjin Mixture. Method: Column: Xterra 188 Waters RP C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); Detector: Waters 2998 Diode Array Detector (DAD); Workstation: Waters Empower; : 1 mL / min; detection wavelength: 250 nm. Results: Under this condition, Puerarin, a main component of Shumingneng Mixture, could be well separated without negative interference. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used to analyze the samples easily, accurately, rapidly and economically.
