近年来,随着经济全球化、一体化的发展,中国与世界各国之间的国际交流活动日益频繁,此类活动中的青年志愿者队伍也日益壮大。在跨文化背景下,青年志愿者服务工作也面临着新的挑战和问题。本文通过问卷调查、数据分析等研究途径,归纳梳理了其中常见的、突出的几类问题,并以实践经验为基础,提出了相应的对策和建议,拟为跨文化背景下的青年志愿者工作,如2010年上海世博会志愿者服务工作更好地展开、为高校育人工作的进一步深入完善提供尝试性的建议。
In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and integration, the international exchange activities between China and other countries in the world have become increasingly frequent. The ranks of young volunteers in such activities have also been growing. Under the intercultural background, youth volunteer service also faces new challenges and problems. This paper summarizes several common and prominent problems through questionnaires and data analysis, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of practical experience. It proposes to work for young volunteers under the cross-cultural background , Such as the 2010 Shanghai World Expo volunteer service better to start, provide further tentative suggestions for the further deepening and perfection of college educating people.
