目的了解社区中老年人对骨质疏松的认知、态度、行为现状，为社区卫生服务中心开展医疗、预防、保健服务提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查方法对上海市虹口区嘉兴街道2180名中老年人进行访谈式问卷调查。结果社区中老年人对骨质疏松的知信行认识不够系统全面，有待进一步加强。结论社区卫生服务机构应根据中老年人的特点和需求开展骨质疏松健康教育与服务活动，以进一步提高他们的认知水平，满足其服务需求。“,”Objective: to understand the community elderly osteoporosis cognitive, attitudes, behaviors, community health service center for medical care, prevention, health care services to provide reference. Conclusion: the community health service institutions should according to the characteristics of older adults and needs to carry out health education on osteoporosis and service activities, in order to further improve their cognition level, to meet the demand for services.
