本文对常用于浮选辉钼矿的煤油的浮选性质作了若干的研究。以岛根县大东矿的两种矿样作为试验试样。煤油对不同矿物组成和粒度组成的矿样,具有不同的浮选效能,虽然矿样取自同一矿体。但是,值得注意的是,煤油可有效地改善低品位矿石的浮选结果。添加煤油后适宜的搅拌时间可增进辉钼矿与黄铁矿的选择性。提高煤油松油混合油中煤油的百分数通常也可获得较高的选择性。各种馏分的煤油,中等沸点的煤油比高沸点与低沸点的煤油有效。一般来说,使用煤油的乳化剂可提高辉钼矿的回收率。非离子型乳化剂,特别是,脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯或酚烷基聚乙二醇酯,可获得良好的浮选结果。此外,使用乳化剂有助于改善因添加煤油所引起的泡沫破灭。
This paper made some researches on the flotation properties of kerosene commonly used in flotation molybdenite. Two samples from Dadong Mine in Shimane County were used as test samples. Kerosene has different flotation performance for mineral samples with different mineral compositions and grain sizes, although the mineral samples are taken from the same ore body. However, it is noteworthy that kerosene can effectively improve the flotation results of low grade ore. After adding kerosene appropriate mixing time can improve the molybdenite and pyrite selectivity. Increasing the percentage of kerosene in kerosene-oil blends generally gives higher selectivity. Various fractions of kerosene, medium-boiling kerosene kerosene than high boiling point and low boiling point effective. In general, the use of kerosene emulsifier can improve the molybdenum recovery. Non-ionic emulsifiers, particularly, fatty acid polyethylene glycol esters or phenol alkyl polyethylene glycol esters, provide good flotation results. In addition, the use of emulsifiers helps to improve foam buildup caused by the addition of kerosene.
