2007年10月下旬,国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议,研究部署第四季度经济社会发展工作。会议指出,要严格财政支出管理,严格控制一般性支出,尤其要防止铺张浪费,防止年底突击花钱。
In late October 2007, Premier Wen Jiabao chaired a State Council executive meeting to study the deployment of economic and social development work in the fourth quarter.
