本文称英国BLMC公司的“长桥”工厂,通过革新工艺技术,已实现了从制造蜡模组到浇注脱壳的熔模铸造自动化流水生产。文章介绍了该熔模铸造自动化系统的特点及各主要工艺设备的性能结构,供参考。
In this paper, BLMC’s “Changqiao” plant in the United Kingdom has realized the automated flow production of investment casting from the manufacture of wax modules to the casting and shelling through the reform of process technology. The article introduces the characteristics of the investment casting automation system and the performance of the main process equipment structure for reference.
