本文采用回流提取及分光光度法对银杏叶总黄酮进行了定量分析，探讨了总黄酮的提取及测定方法。结果表明：采摘１０月份银杏叶，用７０％乙醇水溶液６０℃回流提取６小时，过滤后采用分光光度法测定银杏叶中总黄酮切实可行。
In this paper, reflux extraction and spectrophotometry of ginkgo flavonoids quantitative analysis of total flavonoids extraction and determination methods. The results showed that it was practicable to pick ginkgo biloba in October and extract with 70% aqueous ethanol at 60 ℃ for 6 hours. The determination of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba by spectrophotometry after filtration was feasible.
