为了能达到令人满意的远期临床效果,种植体与支架的精密适合是十分必要的。本研究旨在比较两种制作工艺下种植基牙与其对应支架圆柱形部分之间的适合性。这两种制作工艺分别是用铸造金合金制作和用Procera系统制作。 材料和方法 实验共测试了19个支架,其中14个支架用Procera系统制作,共70个种植体(A组);5个支架用铸造金合金制作,共25个种植体(B组)。对每个测试标本,在主模型上把支架圆柱形部分与种植体之间的间隙用材料复制3次。对复制材料进行颊舌向和左右向的切割,测量间隙。在
In order to achieve satisfactory long-term clinical results, the precise fit of the implant and the stent is very necessary. The purpose of this study was to compare the fit between the implant abutments and their corresponding cylindrical portions of the stent under the two manufacturing processes. The two production processes are made of cast gold alloy and Procera system. Totally 19 scaffolds were tested in the materials and methods experiments. 14 of the scaffolds were made using the Procera system, with a total of 70 implants (group A) and five scaffolds made of cast gold with 25 implants (group B). For each test specimen, the gap between the cylindrical portion of the stent and the implant was replicated 3 times on the main model with the material.
