目的 探讨CYP2C19基因的遗传改变与食管癌发生的关系。方法 利用PCR -RFLP法对 5 0例食管癌患者和10 0例健康对照者进行CYP2C19等位基因多态性比较分析。结果 食管癌患者组中CYP2C19PM发生率为 34 0 % ,较正常对照组的 14 0 %高 ,经统计两组间有极显著性差异 (x2 =8 13 ,P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 CYP2C19PM增加了食管癌发生的危险性
Objective To investigate the relationship between the genetic alteration of CYP2C19 gene and the occurrence of esophageal cancer. Methods PCR-RFLP method was used to compare the CYP2C19 allele polymorphisms in 50 patients with esophageal cancer and 100 healthy controls. Results The incidence of CYP2C19PM in patients with esophageal cancer was 34.0%, which was higher than that in the normal control group. It was statistically significant between the two groups (x2 =8 13 , P <0 0 05). Conclusion CYP2C19PM increases the risk of esophageal cancer
