对河南省3个三硝基甲苯(TNT)作业厂进行调查发现,车间空气中TNT含量较高,超标严重,工人皮肤TNT污染较重,工人血中TNT及代谢物4A、2A浓度与皮肤污染水平正相关,接触TNT工人精液LDH活性下降,Cu、Zn、Na和Se含量降低,精液常规指标中有3项降低,接触TNT工人血清Zn含量明显升高,血清LH,FSH水平升高,而T水平下降,LP水平升高,血清粘蛋白,白蛋白浓度下降。问卷结果说明接触TNT男工性功能明显降低。推荐血中TNT和4A、2A含量及血清粘蛋白含量可作为TNT的接触检测指标。
A survey of three TNT plants in Henan Province found that the TNT content in the workshop air was high and exceeded seriously. The TNT pollution of workers ’skin was heavy. Questionnaire results show that contact with male TNT male sexual function decreased significantly. Recommended blood TNT and 4A, 2A content and serum mucin content can be used as TNT contact detection index.
