为做好2002年冬季退役士兵接收安置工作,根据《国务院、中央军委关于2002年冬季士兵退出现役工作的通知》(国发[2002]22号)精神,结合我省实际,现就有关事项通知如下。一、接收安置对象及时间2002年冬季退役士兵接收安置对象为:服现役满两年未被选取为士官的义务兵;由于伤病残等原因滞留部队服役超过两年以上的义务兵。服现役满本期规定年限未被选取为高一期的士官;部分未服满本期规定服役年限但服现役满10年以上的士官。因政治、身体原因提前退出现役人员的接收安置,仍按有关规定执行。各级安置部门接收退役士兵的时间为:退伍义务兵和复员士官从2002年11月底开始离队到地方安置部门报到,12月底基本结束。驻西藏、新疆自治区和青海省玉树、果洛地区的部队,因气候原因,退伍义务兵
