卓越课堂的建设是相对较慢的、脚踏实地的、根据各校实际情况开展的、经历有效与高效的一种师生课堂学习共同体的意境的建构。根据市教委要求,结合学校实际情况,提出“自主发现高效学导”的学校卓越课堂教学模式,并对此进行了理论依据、目标要求及关键词的分析,提供了具体操作流程、课堂评价目标与评价量表,突出了该模式的可操作性与时效性,同时给出了教师实践操作的案例,通过真实的教师课堂教学反思和学校取得的成绩,来证实该模式在卓越课堂建设中的作用。并进行了实践后的思考,明确了今后的努力方向。
