为了对早期慢性肺原性心脏病(简称早期肺心病)诊断标准的探讨,从1978年10月1980年11月,我院收治慢支炎,肺气肿、肺心病患者116例,经过临床、症状、体征、超声心动图、胸片、心电图、肺血流图等的检查,从中探索早期肺心病诊断的指标及条件。有心衰及感染者均在控制心衰及感染后进行检查,现报导如下:
