我国中小学音乐教学的发展是不平衡的。作为音乐主要表现形式之一的乐器演奏,百余年来始终是整个音乐教学环节中最为薄弱的环节。尽管部分中小学音乐教师和音乐教育研究者对其进行过相关的讨论和研究,但均未触及中小学音乐教育器乐教学的本质、规律、内部联系和器乐教学的全部。造成了这一薄弱环节持续存在的主要原因在于:我们未能从理论的高度去认识乐器与人、乐器演奏与中小学生的成长和发展、器乐与民族文化传承及民族精神的重塑
The development of music teaching in primary and secondary schools in our country is not balanced. Musical instrument performance as one of the main forms of music has been the weakest link in the entire music teaching for more than a hundred years. Although some primary and secondary school music teachers and music education researchers conducted relevant discussions and researches on them, they did not touch on the essence, law, internal connection and instrumental teaching of music education in primary and secondary schools. The main reasons for this persistence of weakness lie in: we failed to understand the musical instruments and people from the theoretical level, the performance of musical instruments and the growth and development of primary and secondary school students, the instrumental music, the inheritance of national culture and the remoulding of the national spirit
