我在工厂工作,但对农村幼教工作深为关注。在各级领导的关怀下,幼教事业蓬勃发展。县妇联的幼儿教育干部,还定期分批培训农村幼儿教师,提高师资水平。但有些工作仍应进一步加强: 一、有许多村办幼儿园购置了风琴,但老师不会弹的多,风琴变成了摆设,没有很好利用,怪可惜的。应集中培训,或请音乐教师抽空辅导,还应印发些幼儿歌曲,以避免幼儿唱成人歌曲。二、有的老师教养幼儿是保姆式,只求幼儿不吵不闹就好。有的虽重视知识教育,但自己的普通话不过关,幼儿学了不准的音,到小学后,正音更困
