随着经济的发展,粮油企业在国家经济中占据的位置越来越重要,企业要想实现优化的发展,就要建立有效的人力资源整合框架,从而保证储备人才结构的完整度。特别是在粮油企业中,只有保证人力资源管理工作的时效性,才能实现经济收益和社会效益的双赢。笔者对粮油企业人力资源管理工作中存在的问题进行了简要分析,并从招聘、培训、奖惩机制、绩效评价以及薪资体系等方面对粮油企业人力资源管理路径展开了讨论,旨在为企业人力资源管理人员提供有价值的参考建议。
