音乐课堂观察就是指音乐教师立足音乐课堂,针对学科特点,在教学过程中有计划(或偶然)地观察学生的课堂表现和教学反应的行为方式。通过观察来审视自己或他人的有效音乐教学,它是音乐教研活动中有效提高教师专业发展的直接途径。一、问题的提出:自从有了课堂教学以来,观察课堂的行为就一直存在。但是,作为科学研究方法的课堂观察至今仍然是“一项被遗漏的教师专业能力”。在很多次的音乐教研活动中,广大教师只是从宏观上去看待一节课:目标是否达到了,教学设计是否合理,教师的态度等等诸多方面。然而,对教师的每个教学环节,甚至小到每个提问、每句话本需要记录的却未记录过。因此课堂观察注定越来越不能为教师专业发展提供支持。
Musical classroom observation refers to the music teacher based on the music classroom, according to the characteristics of the subject, in the teaching process plan (or by chance) to observe the students’ classroom performance and teaching behavior. Examining the effective music teaching of yourself or others through observation is a direct way to effectively improve teachers’ professional development in music teaching and research activities. First, the question raised: Since the classroom has been observed, the behavior of the classroom has always been observed. However, classroom observation as a method of scientific research is still “a missing faculty member” until now. In many music teaching and research activities, the majority of teachers just look at the macroscopic view of a lesson: whether the goal has been achieved, the teaching design is reasonable, the attitude of teachers, and many other aspects. However, every step of the teaching process for teachers is as small as every question asked, and every word of this book needs to be recorded but not recorded. Therefore, classroom observation is destined to support teachers’ professional development more and more.
