目的：观察超脉冲CO2激光对睑黄瘤的治疗效果，探寻理想的治疗方法。方法：采用超脉冲CO2激光仪对78例睑黄瘤患者进行治疗。选择UltraPulse encorn手具，超脉冲模式，能量100～175 mJ，输出功率3～6 W，延迟0.3～1.0 s。治疗前外敷局麻药，治疗后创面外涂表皮生长因子凝胶。结果：78例患者中一次性治愈72例，有6例因治疗不彻底残留，二次激光后完全治愈。一次性治愈率92.54%，有效率为100%。观察1年以上，无1例复发。结论：超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑黄瘤创伤小，疗效好，恢复快，瘢痕不明显，是一种理想的治疗方法。“,”To observe the effect of ultrapulse CO2 laser on xanthelasma palpebrarum, explore the ideal treatment. Methods: Seventy-eight xanthelasma palpebrarum patients were treated with ultrapulsed CO 2 laser (UltraPulse encorn hand-piece, ultraPulse mode, energy 100-175 mJ, power 3-6 W, repeat delay 0.3-1.0 s). Before lasering, the lesions were infil-trated with lidocarine cream, recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel were painted immidiately on the surface of the wound after treatment. Results: Seventy-two patients removed completely with a single laser treatment. Only 6 patients had a second treatment for part of the residual. The treatment cure rate after single laser was about 92.54%, and the effective rate was 100%. No cases of recurrent lesion was found during one year fellow-up. Conclusions: The ultrapulsed CO2 laser thera-py is a effective, satety and easy to use technique for xanthelasma palpebrarum therapy.
