It is a very far-reaching decision that the title of “Engineering Physics” will be changed from “Physics and Engineering” to October 2000. The material production of human society began in the Industrial Revolution two hundred years ago. A fundamental change in the way people made things by hand in the form of a single piece of craftsmanship that relied on the craftsman’s experience and personal wisdom.
