通过调查平邑县驻城4所中学共 3 618名学生有关吸烟倾向、行为的影响因素,了解平邑县中学生吸烟现状,以便采取有针对性的干预措施。结果:中学生总吸烟率为9.98％,其中男生17.4％,女生 0.62％;初中生和高中生均随年级升高而吸烟率明显上升;吸烟原因以朋友聚会、新奇、情绪低落为主;影响吸烟的主要因素为掌握吸烟有害的知识、环境影响、学校和家庭教育。结论:平邑县中学生吸烟率在全国属较高者,在中学生中开展控烟、禁烟活动十分必要,并应针对中学生生理、心理特点开展综合干预。
By investigating a total of 3 618 students in 4 secondary schools in Pingyi County on the factors of smoking tendency and behavior, this paper studied the smoking status of secondary school students in Pingyi County in order to take targeted interventions. Results: The total smoking rate of middle school students was 9.98%, including 17.4% for boys and 0.62% for girls. The prevalence of smoking in junior middle school and senior high school increased significantly with age. The main reasons for smoking were friends gathering, novelty and depression; The main factors for mastering the harmful knowledge of smoking, environmental impact, school and family education. Conclusion: The prevalence of smoking among middle school students in Pingyi County is relatively high in China. It is necessary to carry out tobacco control and smoking ban among middle school students. Comprehensive intervention should be made according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of middle school students.
