实体瘤并发网状细胞性白血病罕见。本文报告一例眼睑腺样囊性癌并发网状细胞白血病。 患者,男,21岁,因头昏,黑便2天于1981年1月7日住院。病员缘于1980年9月初有左眼异物感、畏光、流泪曾按结膜炎治疗无效,继之左眼下睑长一肿物迅速增大,9月下旬,同侧颈淋巴结肿大。经河南医学院活检诊断为眼睑腺样囊性癌颈淋巴结转移。10月来北京日坛医院就诊予以COPP方案化疗4周。环磷酰胺总量2.4克,氟脲嘧啶4.0克,长春新碱8mg。肿块继续增大并侵犯鼻咽,左鼻腔、筛窦及蝶骨大翼。遂于11月17日在我院门诊行~(10)钴放射治疗,设面前L型野及左颞侧野,放疗
Solid tumor complicated with reticulocytic leukemia rare. This article reports a case of eyelid adenoid cystic carcinoma complicated with reticulocytic leukemia. The patient, male, 21 years old, was hospitalized for 2 days on January 7, 1981 due to dizziness.
