为加深预征大学生心理状况、个性特征的了解，本文对168名应届大学毕业生（含硕士生）做SCL－90和MMPI测查。结果SCL－90各症状量表均分及总分均低于全国常模·提示本组人员素质较好。以因子分≥3判定有心理障碍．发生率为3．57～31．55％，频率高的项目依次为焦虑、强迫、人际关系敏感、精神病性及抑郁。MMPI答卷标准T分＞50分以上的单项有D54．62％、Sc54．41％、Pt53．68％、Si50．74％。T分＞70分的项目有Sc5％、Ma3．8％、Pa和Hy、Si各为1．25％。与SCL－90总分相关的项目为癔症、精神分裂症、轻躁症。本文指出预征人员只有注重人际关系的改善、减少敌对态度，生动活泼．才能在工作中发挥才干，加强情绪、意志方面的自身修养也是不容忽视的。
In order to deepen the understanding of college students pre-requisite psychological status and personality traits, this paper examines 168 SCL-90 and MMPI graduates (including master students). Results SCL-90 symptom scores on the scale and total score were lower than the national norm, suggesting that the quality of personnel in this group is better. To factor scores ≥ 3 to determine mental disorders. The incidence rate was 3.57 ~ 31.55%. The items with high frequency were anxiety, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, psychosis and depression. MMPI questionnaire standard T points> 50 points above the individual with D54.62%, Sc54.41%, Pt53.68%, Si50.74%. Items with T points> 70 are Sc5%, Ma3.8%, Pa and Hy, Si each 1.25%. The items related to the SCL-90 total score were hysteria, schizophrenia, and mania. This paper points out that the pre-requisitioners only pay attention to the improvement of interpersonal relationships, reduce hostility, lively and vivid. Only in this way can we display our talents, enhance our emotions, and our own self-cultivation in the will.
