会计是一门理论性和实践性相结合的专业,要求学生既要有扎实的专业知识,还要有牢固的实训能力。为了让中职会计专业的学生毕业后能尽快适应会计工作岗位,会计教学与会计实训应当以会计工作过程为导向,以会计岗位职业能力为目标组织教学。从中职会计实训教学现状出发,探讨如何进行中职会计专业的仿真轮岗实训教学,预期通过仿真轮岗实训对中职会计教学取得的效果。
Accounting is a combination of theory and practice of professional, requires students not only have a solid professional knowledge, but also a solid training ability. In order to allow secondary vocational accounting students to adapt to accounting jobs as soon as possible after graduation, accounting teaching and accounting training should be based on the accounting process, to accounting job-specific ability to organize teaching. Based on the status quo of vocational accounting teaching in vocational schools, this paper discusses how to carry out the teaching of simulated rotation job training for secondary vocational accounting major. It is expected that the effect of vocational training on secondary vocational accounting teaching through simulation round job training is expected.
