我国现在仍处于社会主义初级阶段。从生产关系必须适应生产力发展的理论,以及改革开放十多年来成功的经验,容许多种经济成份的存在,是完全正确的。但国有企业是社会主义社会的经济基础,这一点也是不容置疑的。如果国有企业垮掉了,社会主义社会就名存实亡。因此,从建设社会主义出发,国有企业始终要处于领导地位,不断“发展和壮大”。但从目前看,国有资产成百亿元的流失,亏损面占三分之一强,已连续好多年,而且只看到情况正在加剧,还没有看到制止的迹象,这不能不令人感到隐忧。任何麻痹的思想,自我安慰的思想,都是十分错误的。从法律观点,以至可以说,是一种犯罪行为。
