长期以来,袋栽香菇均沿用杂木屑78%、麦麸20%、红糖1%、石膏1%这一传统配方,杂木屑占了培养料的3/4。这样,势必要消耗大量的菇木资源,原料紧缺也就成为制约香菇生产进一步发展的重要因素,菌林矛盾日益突出,开发新一代菇木资源成为广大菇农关注的问题。我所结合以上实际,从1994年开始探索种草制菇这条开源节流新路子,经过三年来的努力,完成了象草制菇配方筛选、品种选择、栽培季节安排、香菇子实体营养成份分析等一系列研究工作,现将有关结果作如下报告:
For a long time, bags of mushrooms are used along with 78% of sawdust, wheat bran 20%, 1% brown sugar, gypsum 1% of the traditional formula, miscellaneous sawdust accounted for 3/4 of the culture material. In this way, it is bound to consume a large amount of mushroom resources, raw material shortage has become an important factor restricting the further development of mushroom production, the contradiction between strains of forest increasingly prominent, the development of a new generation of mushroom resources become the majority of mushroom farmers concern. Based on the above facts, I started to explore a new approach to increasing income and cutting income by planting grass and mushrooms in 1994. After three years of hard work, we have completed the selection of grass-like mushrooms, the selection of varieties, the season of cultivation, and the analysis of the nutritional components of mushrooms A series of research work, the results are reported as follows:
