后进生是指那些在品德、学习、纪律中有一方面或几方面暂时落后的学生。其形成的原因主要有:学生本身的先天遗传素质;学校教师片面追求高分,不注重思想教育;家长缺乏管教、教育不当或家风不正;社会大环境的影响。后进生或多或少都会给社会、学校、家庭带来不良的影响,因此,后进生的转化是一项十分重要的工作。作为教师,应当给予他们更多的理解和尊重、关心和爱护,坚持正面教育;同时,还要与学生家长、社会保持密切的联系,形成合力,齐抓共管,搞好后进生的转化工作。
Adulthood refers to students who are temporarily behind in one or several aspects of virtue, learning, discipline. The formation of the main reasons are: the innate genetic quality of the students themselves; school teachers one-sided pursuit of high marks, do not pay attention to ideological education; parents lack of discipline, education or family spirits; social environment.
